HOW TO USE
Cap Highlights: mix on ratio of 1 part of bleaching powder for 1 /1/5 of oxidant cream or 1 part of bleaching powder for 2 parts of oxidant cream.
Free Hands Techniques: mix the desired amount of the product on ratio of 1 part of bleaching powder to 1 1/5 of oxidant cream according to texture desired.
